Our instructors are experienced professionals
with practical experience in their occupational
specialties and have the ability to teach, inspire,
and motivate students. The staff consists of
approximately 60 professional educators
and 25 instructional support personnel.
Instructors
Some of the services provided are haircuts,
shampoo and styles, formal styles, perms,
hair coloring techniques, manicures,
pedicures, facials and so much more!
All work is done by students and charges
are for costs of materials only.

We are thrilled to announce that Brad Stephenson, owner of New Castle Lawn and Landscape, Inc., has been selected as this year's recipient of BCTC's Friend of Career & Technical Education Award! 🏆
Brad's dedication to our Horticulture program is truly remarkable. From serving on our advisory committee to advocating for our needs with legislators, he goes above and beyond to support our students. 🌿
Through his company, Brad has provided numerous COOP opportunities for BCTC students, many of which have blossomed into full-time positions. He generously opens his business to our students, allowing them to gain firsthand experience in the industry and providing mentorship through his team members like Dan Marshall and Andy Auchenbach. 🌳
As a former outstanding senior in Horticulture at BCTC himself, Brad's passion for mentoring and fostering connections between industry and education is evident. His commitment to community over competition is inspiring, and we are grateful for the invaluable support he and his team at New Castle provide.
