BARBERING PROGRAM    1528 HOURS / 48 WEEKS

Beyond Measure Barbering program incorporates extensive hands-on learning to provide students with a well balanced approach to the barbering industry. Upon completion, graduates are ready to succeed as licensed apprentice barbers.  As a licensed apprentice barber, one must work under the tutelage of a Registered/Master barber for atleast twelve months prior to testing for his/her Registered/Master Barber license.  After passing the Registered/Master barber examination administered by the North Carolina Board of Barber Examiners, one will be certified as a Registered/Master Barber.  

 

WHAT DO WE OFFER

We offer Morning, Day, and Evening courses. Our program consists of:

Full-time program:   12 months at 32 hours a week (1,528 clock hours)

3/4-time program:    14 months at 27 hours a week (1,528 clock hours)

Part–time program:  15 months at 21 hours a week (1,528 clock hours)

Part–time program:  24 months at 16 hours a week (1,528 clock hours)
