- Next was founding a company that gathered and provided (pre-internet) online price and credential data on America’s home healthcare providers.
- Keeping with the flexibility online offered he acquired control of a for-profit accredited university and quickly put all its degree programs online.
- When students at the university complained about having to drive to testing centers to take important exams, Joe, as founding CEO, developed what is now the world’s largest online testing service.
- Again, Joe recognizes the early stages and opportunities related to the significant transformation that is technology-based and has created Skill Escalator.
